Terrible App, Terrible Customer Service

Two updates after I installed the app, and after deleting and re0installing the app several times it still refuses to work. Severe auto-formatting and character library issues make this app completely useless.

Customer service on the backend of it is equally bad. After over a month of back and forth emails with support, I am basically unable to work on anything.

In short, Avoid it.
