It works

It does what it says it does. I can write comic, or screenplays and sync them with my iPad, or iPhone using Celtx cloud. Cloud is not automatic like iCloud, however. You need to refresh it to get it to work. A small hiccup compared to Pages, yet the auto-formatting for screenplays makes it valuable.
